There are many jobs that can trigger damage to the eyes. Working in construction, welding, manufacturing, or even at a computer can prove dangerous to our eyes. While employees do have the added protection of eye equipment like face masks, goggles, and specialty glasses, it doesn't always prevent the worst from happening.

Eyesight is an essential part of on the job safety and if you can't see correctly or have damaged your eye health, it is critical that you schedule a visit to the ophthalmologist as soon as possible for diagnosis and treatment. Without good vision care and eye health, you may no longer be able to perform your job as you should. Eye conditions can cause dizziness, fuzzy vision, nausea, and other physical reactions that can put your own health and the health of your co-workers at risk.
