Is Your Doctor Credible?

In a recent Appellate Court decision, it was ruled that the workers compensation board has the right to decide if the testimony of the claimant’s or the employer’s doctor is more credible.   In the following case, the claimant was appealing a finding of no further disability and no psychiatric disability.  However, it was found that the carrier’s doctors were correct and the claim was disallowed.
