NY Workers' Compensation Travel Reimbursement Rates Effective Jan. 2010

One of the questions we are frequently asked is the amount of reimbursement injured workers receive for travel to and from their doctors.  Effectively Jan. 1, 2010 the reimbursement rate has been changed to 50 cents per mile.  Please make a note of this.  Click here to see notice from the NYS Workers Compensation Board.
