Video Procedures

In an interisting case, a man that was injured on the job and claimed his injury put him out of work, testified before the Workers' Compensation Board.  However, his employer (who did not have workers' compensation insurance) produced a video that showed the claimant working, while he claimed he was too injured to work.
Despite this, the evidence was not allowed because the claimant was not alerted to the existence of the videotapes prior to his testimony, backing up the Workers' Compensation Board’s policy on the disclosure of the existence of videotapes.  More information can be found here:
