Will a Previous Injury Derail Your Worker's Compensation Case?

A question we are often asked is if a previous injury can cause you to be denied workers compensation benefits.  This question is the basis of the following Appellate Court Decision:

Peterson v. Faculty Student Association

What's important to take away from this is that the court ruled that as long as a previous condition did not prevent you from performing the job at which you were injured, you are entitled to full workers compensation benefits.
