24 Year Old Worker with Neck Injury and sporadic Medical - case still settles

Not every case is a "homerun". In this particular matter we had a 24 year old worker who sustained a serious neck injury (from MRI's and initial medical history) but failed to follow up as well as he could have in treatment.
