SHOULD I CONTACT MY CASE MANAGER DIRECTLY TO FOLLOW-UP ON SCANS?

A: Generally we like to avoid having you speak to the case manager - you may say or do something that will cause the insurance company to do something that could be negative on your case.  However, if you have a decent relationship following up would be okay, but not suggested.
