THE JUDGE AGREED TO RETRO BACK TO A COUPLE OF MONTHS AGO, ALTHOUGH AFTER 3 SURGERIES THIS DISABILITY HAS KEPT ME FROM OBTAINING EMPLOYMENT. WILL THIS BE ADDRESSED IN DUE COURSE AND TAKEN INTO CONSIDERATION AS TIME LOST?
