The town of North Castle, New York is located in suburban Westchester County. It has no villages, but several communities: North White Plains, Armonk and Banksville. The Kensico Resovoir in located in North Castle. The town was originally inhabited by the Siwanoy tribe and was later a safehaven for those escaping religious persecution, such as the Quakers. The name of the town came from a structure that was built to protect the Native Americans from attacks, at today's current IBM headquarters.
