Another Doctor Removed from NY Workers Comp Authorization List

The New York State Workers' Comp Board announced the removal of yet another physician from its authorization list to treat injured workers.  This time it's Dr. Robert Stewart Epstein from Liverpool, NY.  He was removed after he admitted to participating in professional misconduct.  No other information or details were made available.  Reports of treatment prior to April 5, 2010 will be valid.  Questions?  Contact the General Counsel of the NYS Workers Comp Board Directly at 518-486-9564.
