Chairman of Workers Compensation Board Resigns

In today's New York Times, N.R. Kleinfield reports that Zachary S. Weiss,  chairman of the New York State workers’ compensation system is resigning, less than two years after he was appointed to this position.  According to both the compensation board and the governor’s office, Mr. Weiss was not asked to leave. A spokesman for the board said that Mr. Weiss plans to become an administrative law judge in the Social Security Administration.  Click her to Read full article.
