Construction Worker Falls Into Empty Concrete Basin

A construction worker fell off scaffolding and into the empty concrete basin as he was doing construction on a swimming pool in a high school on Staten Island, NY.   He tumbled into the 12-foot deep end and wasn't moving.  Fortunately, his workplace injuries were non-life threatening.  He is eligible for workers' compensation benefits even though the had just started working there.
