Drug Dealer Faces Workers' Comp Fraud

Selling drugs to increase your income while receiving workers' comp benefits? Don't make the same mistake as Richard Westley! Westley was arrested for selling drugs while he was collecting benefits from the NYS Workers' Comp Fund; he allegedly failed to report the income to his case manager who filed a complaint. He was charged with Worker's Compensation fraud.

Westley is scheduled to appear in court next month.
