The National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH) serves as the World Trade Center Program Administrator for various functions related to the WTC Health Program created as part of the James Zadroga 9/11 Health and Compensation Act. As the Federal government works toward developing a plan to implement the Act, they are looking for comments from the public to gain perspectives for how to meet the requirements of the Zadroga 9/11 Health and Compensation Act.
The purpose of this information request by the WTC Program Administrator is to determine if cancer should be added to the list of covered health conditions of the World Trade Center Health Program.
