New York State Insurance Fund Distributes Millions in Dividends

The New York State Insurance Fund (NYSIF), a non-profit agency of New York State created as part of Workers' Compensation Law of 1914, distributed 173.3 million dollars in dividends this month.  The dividends were distributed to policyholders  as a reward for exceptional record of workplace safety and sound business practices.
