James Lacey, a New York man from Morrisonville, New York, was recently arrested on the same fraud charge as seven years ago. Lacey sufferered from a back injury yet failed to reprot a similar work-related injury. In 2003, he pleaded guilty to charges of insurance fraud and workers' compensation fraud for exaggerating the extent of a disability caused from a work-related injury.
