NY Workers Comp Board Announces License Suspensions

The New York Workers' Compensation Board announced the removal Dr. Jerome Benjamin Leff, podiatrist, and  Dr. Anothony R. Latona, chiropractor, from its authorization list for treating and examining injured workers.  
Dr. Jerome Benjamin Leff admitted to practicing with negligence on more than one occasion. Dr. Anthony R. Latona voluntarily resigned his authorization to treat injured workers and to conduct IMEs.
