NY Workers Comp Board Removes Doctor from Treating Injured Workers

It's happening again -- The New York State Workers' Compensation Board is suspending another doctor from treating injured workers and conducting independent medical examinations (IME's).  This time Dr. Jae Ook Park from Flushing, NY is accused of reporting that a patients range of motion was normal when, in fact, his evaluation indicated the patient had limitations.  Dr. Park was fined and ordered to take continuing education courses before practicing again.
