Reduce Breast Cancer Risk - Try Vitamins and Calcium Supplements

Research continues.....reports and findings are presented annually at the American Association for Cancer Research...the latest findings indicate vitamins and calcium supplements appear to reduce the risk of breast cancer.  Needless to say, it's a long term effect and vitamins and supplements must be taken regularly -- individuals will not see effects overnight. 

The study which brought about these findings was done with 268 women who had breast cancer and 457 who did not.  Vitamin supplements appeared to reduce the risk of breast cancer by @ 30 percent; calcium supplements by 40%.
While research will continue, this is something worth considering and talking to your doctor about - many of us are already taking various vitamin supplements and additional calcium tablets.
