Skydiver Takes Plea in Workers' Comp Case

Jacob Bancroft, a 29 year old skydiver and mounttain climber, who made national television last year avoided a prison sentence but will have to pay back at least $54,000. over the next four years to stay out of jail.  Bancroft's case made national news last year after being featured in a national television report on insurance fraud along with a video of him skydiving while receiving workers' compensation benefits for a back injury.
