Today's New York Times includes an overview of Obama's stimulus plan and takes a detailed look at the final package passed by Congress, based on estimates by House and Senate committees and the Congressional Budget Office. Some of the programs include incentives to Medicaid and Medicare providers to adopt health information technology, giving a one-time payment of $250 to recipients of Social Security, Supplemental Security Income, railroad retirement benefits and veterans disability compensation or pension benefits and providing $500 million in grants to states to provide vocational training for people with disabilities.  View full article for the complete breakdown.
