Westchester County to Pay Injured CO's While in Dispute

According to a new court ruling, corrections officers in Westchester County will get paid after they have been injured on the job and are in dispute about their ability to return to duty.  What's next?  The president of the Westchester Correction Officers Benevolent Association will now seek reimbursement for the officers injured on the job who were denied such benefits since 2001, when the union contract was approved.  The ruling could also affect county police officers and investigators with the District Attorney's Office.
