Another New York City window washer plunged to his death on the same day that two other window washers were rescued from falling and only a year from the death of two other window washers. This is a necessary but highly dangerous job in New York. Unfortunately this workers death brings into question the safety regulations and enforcement of those regulations. Also, this tragic workplace death will lead to another workers compensation death claim for the widow and dependent children, capped at the current benefit rate of $550.00 a week.
