Workers' Comp Board Announces New Executive Director

Effective today, Jeffrey Fenster begins his new position as Executive Director of the Workers' Compensation Board.  Mr. Fenster will spend much of his time working out of the Brooklyn District Office.  The appointment was announced by Governor Paterson in a press release this past Friday.  Most recently, Mr. Fenster served as a litigation associate with the New York law firm of Stroock & Stroock & Lavan, LLP.  Read announcement here.
