As reported by N.R. Kleinfield and Stephen Greenhouse in today's New York Times, New York State's workers' compensation system remains quite adversarial despite an ongoing reform effort.  Injured workers who enter the
workers' compensation system are still finding themselves caught up in delays which is leaving many injured workers unable to support themselves and their families during these tough economic times.  A reform plan put in place by the State Legislature in March of 2007 has yet to be completely implemented.  Read full article here.
