Workplace Accident Kills Sanitation Worker In Queens

The Uniformed Sanitationmen's Association mourns Frank Justich, the driver of a truck who was killed in a workplace accident this past Tuesday.  The accident occurred around 7:45 a.m. when a Mack, making a right turn, struck the truck.  Unfortunately, Frank Justich was standing at the rear of his garbage truck at the time of the collision.  Mr. Justich leaves behind a wife and two children.  The family is eligible for workers comp benefits.
